Highest weight photos

This is a set of my pictures from my heighest weight before my gastric bypass surgery. I was diabetic, had high blood pressure, constant bouts of cellulitis in my leg and had a mild stroke when I was 33 caused by a hole in my heart from birth called a patent foramen ovale that caused a clot to form at the opening and broke loose blocking oxygen to my brain.

The official definition is:
n : an inflammation of body tissue (especially that below the skin) characterized by fever and swelling and redness and pain

Basically it's inflammation and/or infection of the fat cells underneath the skin. In my case it was my calves. If you are very overweight your skin is tight when there's water retention present. If you get even a microscopic tear in your skin and bacteria enters in it can become infected. You know it's cellulitis when it's red like a sunburn and you start running a high fever. Not fun.
